# The Company

Beyond360 was established 2015 in the UK. The Group now has offices in 3 continents, N America, Europe and Asia where its own in-house technology development centre resides and its entire software intellectual property is designed and developed.

The leadership team is made up of entrepreneurs, HR specialists, behavioural & data scientists and technology experts with a combined experience of over 100 years.

Under the Group Umbrella we have 3 key lines of business to meet the needs of our customers.

- Harmony, this unit drives employee engagement & recognition and captures consumer insights through a unique cloud based SaaS platform.
- Yo-fi, a recently acquired wellness company designs and drives employee wellness programs to improve healthier lives through an integrated online platform.
- Insights, this unit works closely with McBassi, a strategic partner specializing in behavioural analytics and ROI data by using unique algorithms.

We have engaged with a number of large and small clients and continue to grow with all our partners in a collaborative way.

Our passion is to empower people to have a voice, belonging and a purpose. It provides freedom to be creative and productive. It lets people learn about things they didn’t think they could learn before, and so in a sense its all about bringing potential out.
